Oversight Assurance Officer

• Identifying trends and potential risks to the business observed in the Oversight Assurance activity
• Understanding what a good outcome for a customer looks and sounds like
• Conducting call audits and control testing to ensure compliance with call guides, outcome controls, regulations, and best practices
• Participating in calibration sessions
• Developing a good understanding of the business, our teams and the environment that we work in
• Keeping up to date with each business areas processes and call structures
• Provide commentary and insight following oversight activity to support the business in driving continuous improvement to customer outcomes
• Escalating any serious findings within the team to enable poor outcomes to be addressed in a timely manner
