Your role as Lead Generation Manager:
- Lead and motivate a team of Lead Generation Advisors to exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Own team performance – from dialler management and campaign planning to daily stand-ups and coaching sessions
- Deliver regular 1:1s, feedback, and tailored development plans to support individual growth
- Foster a high-energy, positive team culture with incentives, recognition, and team-building initiatives
- Use data and dialler insights to drive efficiency, optimise workflows, and improve results
- Champion collaboration across departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
