Data Protection Administrator

Here at CarFinance 247 we are looking to recruit a Data Rights Admin to support our continued growth!  

As a Data Rights Admin you will ensure that appropriate and complete responses are handled in a timely, accurate and balanced way to meet our customers’ needs and ensure their compliance with information rights legislation.  

The successful candidate will possess the ability to manage the demands of a variety of customers, claims companies and solicitors. Thus, will therefore be able to prioritise effectively, navigate conflicting demands diplomatically and maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities Include 

• Support the administration of DSAR requests.  
• Ensure all assigned DSAR tasks are completed within agreed timeframes. 
• Manage customer expectations and liaise with 3rd parties like the ICO (supported by a DPO and Data Rights Officer where required) 
• Assist with the maintenance of DSAR case load. 
• Keep up to date with changes in data protection law and regulations. 
• You may also be required to support other parts of the business with administration duties.

• Ability to excel under pressure when working to tight deadlines.
• Ideally some level of knowledge of the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulation – specifically individual Data Rights
