As a Customer Assurance Specialist in our Validation Team, you’ll play a key role in the final step of our sales process. Once a customer's finance is successfully approved, you’ll connect with them to share the exciting news that they can collect their new vehicle! On the collection day, you’ll facilitate the final transaction with the dealership, confirming all payout details, and setting up the customer with our 30-day breakdown cover, which is commission-based.
In the coming months, this role will expand to include selling and renewing warranties for existing customers, offering even more commission-earning opportunities. This role is fast-paced and highly interactive, requiring strong sales skills, the ability to build rapport, and effective communication with both customers and dealerships. You’ll spend around 4-5 hours daily on the phone, handling constant inbound inquiries and messages, assisting with customer queries, cancellations, and retentions.

40 hours per week (full time) Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, x 1 10am-7pm. Occasional weekend days with a day off in lieu during the week, (one Saturday and one Sunday or two Saturdays a month)
