Responsibilities Includes:
- Regularly post job adverts on multiple job boards and other recruitment channels.
- Review and shortlist CVs to identify the best matches for each position.
- Write compelling job adverts based on detailed role descriptions.
- Handle administrative tasks, including drafting offer letters, managing candidate documentation and updating recruitment spreadsheets.
- Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS.
- Regularly check in with new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure all background checks are completed before new employees start.
- Managing and organise our Recruitment Team’s Inbox.
- Use a range of sourcing techniques to attract top candidates suited to various roles.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Hiring Managers across the business.
- Conduct thorough telephone interviews with prospective candidates.
- Assist with first-day preparations and employee’s inductions.
