What makes this role different? 

Forget the endless cold calls. Every customer you speak to is already pre-qualified. Your focus? Building trust, creating lasting relationships, and driving deals over the line. With a competitive base and uncapped earnings (£65K OTE), your effort directly rewards your ambition. 

What your day will look like: 

• Connecting with warm leads to understand what customers need 

• Guiding them through the car finance process, from quote to completion 

• Offering expert, friendly advice and support throughout 

• Using our bespoke tech platform to manage and streamline each journey 

• Closing deals and celebrating your wins  

The Essentials: 

• Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (£65,000 OTE) 

• Contract: Full-time (40 hours/week), with overtime available 

• Hours: Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, with two 10am–7pm shifts per week. Occasional weekends with time off in lieu
