Hours: 9-6 Monday to Friday (there may be some late shifts 10-7) and a requirement to work weekends as part of a rota (no more than 1 in 2 Saturdays and 1 in 4 Sundays) a day of in the week will be allocated when a Saturday or Sunday forms part of your rota.
Job Purpose:
As a Sales Executive Apprentice at CarFinance 247 you will be responsible for helping and supporting customers at every stage of their car buying journey. During your 18 months Apprenticeship you will be given rotations in Customer Onboarding, Sales Processing, Underwriting, Customer Care and Sales. This will provide you to exposure to all customer facing departments in our business and provide you with the skills and foundations to be a successful Account Manager on our sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Your roles will differ slightly on each rotation, but some fundamental responsibilities will be consistent:
- To represent the company in line with our brand values always providing excellent customer service
- To maintain all systems accurately ensuring that all information is up to date and correct
- To achieve your targets and KPI’s provided by your Departmental Manager
- To keep up to date with your apprenticeship course work ensuring all projects are completed on time
- To utilise the 20% of your working week allocated to college work in an appropriate manner
- Carry out day to day transactional administrative tasks, managing admin processes through the full employment life cycle from new starters through to exit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues & key stakeholders at all levels
- Responding to ad hoc requests for information and support from our colleagues
- Lead by example, demonstrating integrity and respect aligned to the Group’s behaviours
- Communicate effectively to all employees at all levels
