Senior Paid Social Manager

Requirements:

•  Experience: Minimum 3 years managing paid social media accounts with large budgets, primarily on Meta and TikTok.
• Agency Background: Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in paid social platforms, analytics tools, and AI-driven creative tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to analyse data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions to grow and improve channels.
• Reporting Skills: Ability to clearly communicate insights and performance metrics to senior stakeholders, showcasing the impact of paid social efforts.
• Content Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly CRO and marketing teams.
