Recruitment Business Partner

Here at CarFinance 247, we are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Business Partner to join the team! The Recruitment Business Partner will be responsible for finding the best talent across all areas of our growing business. You will manage the process from start to finish and recruit based on our company DNA as well as liaising with key stakeholders at different levels throughout CF247.

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Business Partner:

• Liaise daily with the Recruitment Manager to fully understand the hiring needs for each department.
• Recruiting high quality candidates based on the company DNA, with a strong focus on Sales and Tech.
• Attracting the right candidates by utilising a variety of resourcing techniques.
• Supporting the wider team in building a strong continued pipeline of quality candidates across multiple vacancies.
• Constantly building strong, long lasting relationships with Hiring Managers and employees across the business.
• Working to daily/weekly targets in order to achieve business goals.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle for your vacancies.

• A proven track record of successful recruitment in an internal recruitment or agency role.
• Strong ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to build strong long-lasting relationships at all levels.
• Experience with different job boards and Boolean searches.
• Volume recruitment experience would be desirable.
