About The Role

Here at 247Money we are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will work collectively with Senior Management across the business to drive strategic goals and operational performance of the business. As the operational Manager, you will maximise performance and conversion through effective people management, improving the culture of coaching, motivation and driving improvement.

Responsibilities for the Operations Manager:

  • Key Stakeholder in the implementation of the business strategy.
  • Maintain robust documentation systems and controls to effectively manage risk within the business area you are responsible for.
  • To implement and manage the operational plan in line with business objectives.
  • Driving the day-to-day operational performance of the business.
  • Ownership of risk and control framework within the business.
  • Develop and test key procedures.
  • Create and review key risk indicators.
  • Responsible for the creation and documentation of processes and controls across the operation.
  • Ensuring all employees within the business understand and act in accordance with the company behaviours and conduct rules.
  • Ensuring controls with the business are followed and adhered to.

  • Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complexity
  • A previous solid track record of achievement
  • Organised and methodological
  • Demonstrated positive leadership skills with respect and integrity
  • Strong and effective communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
