Here at CarFinance 247 we are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for the effective day to day running of the sales teams to make sure customers receive a high quality of service in line with our Company standards and policies. You will be driving a culture of coaching, motivating and improvement, supporting your direct reports where necessary. The Senior Sales Manager will be data driven and monitor and action department targets and KPI’s closely.
Responsibilities for the Senior Sales Manager:
- Meet daily with departmental managers to cascade business information whilst driving performance and predictions.
- Complete people management including the coaching and development of direct reports with regular catch-up’s, difficult conversations and performance management in line with company policies and processes.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to motivate direct reports and their respective teams, sending regular communications via multiple channels.
- Ensure and evidence competence for the sales team in their role.
- Make sure the managers and their respective teams meet regulatory objectives.
- Provide regular feedback and suggestions to the head of sales regarding how we can improve the sales journey and conversions including departmental process, policies and call guides.
- Drive improvement and efficiency gains of people, process and technology helping the department to focus on Account Management of customers and conversion from first contact to written agreement; delivering an outstanding experience and customer satisfaction.
- Have a strong understanding of KPIs and be data driven.
- Keep up to date with business change and strategy, including lender panel changes and maintaining a good understanding of the car finance broker marketplace.
- Regular collaboration with other Senior Managers and other key stakeholders.
