About The Role

Here at CarFinance 247 we are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our team. The Administrator is responsible for administration related to all cases received by the Customer Care Team. This includes all regulated and non-regulated complaints, complex queries and customer dissatisfaction. As the Administrator, you will manage the Customer Care inbox and Payment Admin inbox as well as processing emails, attaching to cases and attending to all administrative duties connected to the role and supporting role. You will also process and generate all purchase orders and payment requests and to liaise with the accounts department if applicable.

Responsibilities for the Administrator:

  • Conduct yourself in a manner that upholds and promotes the CarFinance 247 Values & Culture.
  • Assess and resolve queries and assist if needed with actions against complaints.
  • To process and log all regulated and non-regulated complaints CarFinance 247, in line with the case categorisation process.
  • Effective communication internally and externally by telephone, email and letters.
  • Log all activity with comprehensive and accurate notes using our CRM systems.
  • Assist Team Leader with managing the unwind process and work effectively with the Credit Controller and the Accounts department.
  • To manage the Customer Care inbox and Payment Admin inbox.
  • To process and generate all purchase orders and payment requests using Focal Point system.
  • To assist the Customer Care Case handlers with payment requests, purchase order, vehicle inspection requests and recovery of vehicles.
  • To assist with the Customer Care team with the inbound phone line.
  • To complete ad-hoc tasks/projects set by Team leader and/or Head of Customer Care.

About You

  • Ability to work autonomously and consistently practice accurate judgement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Conscientious and able to work with attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Understanding or awareness of the Supply of Goods Act 1982, Consumer Rights Act 2015, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), Data Protection Act 1998, Consumer Credit Act 1974, and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines.
