Dealer Support Coordinator

Here at Car Finance 247, we are looking for a bright, passionate, and organised Dealer Support Coordinator to join our expanding Dealer Support Team. As a Dealer Support Coordinator, you be joining a vibrant and creative workplace where you will have a strong support network to help develop your professional skills and boost your career.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Supporting the team with the daily setup of new dealers and monitoring of our existing dealer database
• Managing team inboxes
• Reporting progress and updates on projects back to stakeholders
• Management of queries from our dealers and other departments around the business
• Answering inbound calls and emails from dealers
• Managing invoicing and pricing structures

• High attention to detail and the ability to interrogate and understand data.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal skills
