As Direct Marketing Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail – using smart segmentation, automation, and personalisation to connect with customers at every stage of their journey.

Your Role as Direct Marketing Manager:
Lead Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail.
Segment & Personalise: Use customer data to build smart, targeted segments and deliver personalised experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
Automate & Optimise: Leverage marketing automation to deliver timely, relevant communications at scale.
Test & Learn: Run A/B and multivariate tests to refine messaging, creative, and timing for maximum impact.
Analyse & Report: Track performance, uncover insights, and continuously improve based on data.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and external partners to bring campaigns to life and align on strategy.
Stay Compliant: Ensure all activity meets GDPR, FCA, and industry best practices.
