About The Role

Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £55k+) 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm | No weekends or bank holidays 
Contract: Full-time | Office-based

As Dealer Sales Team Manager, you’ll lead from the front – coaching, motivating, and empowering a team of Dealer Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional results and build lasting partnerships with motor dealers nationwide.

Your Role as Dealer Relationship Manager: 

Lead & Inspire: Manage, coach, and develop a team of Dealer Relationship Managers to exceed performance targets and KPIs. 

Hands-On Support: Be present, proactive, and ready to step in—whether it’s helping close a deal, resolving an issue, or sharing best practices. 

Drive Dealer Growth: Support your team in onboarding new dealers and promoting our unique proposition – including access to 50,000+ monthly customers, exclusive lender panels, and industry-leading commission structures. 

Champion Excellence: Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Represent Car Finance 247 with professionalism, and a passion for helping dealers succeed. 

Strategic Oversight: Monitor team pipelines, performance metrics, and CRM activity to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive results. 

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Area Sales Managers and other internal stakeholders to align on strategy and deliver a seamless dealer experience. 

About You

What We’re Looking For: 

Proven experience in team leadership within a B2B sales or automotive environment 

A track record of delivering outstanding sales performance and customer service 

Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills 

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and data-driven 

Resilient, self-motivated, and confident under pressure 

Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to drive performance
