As Dealer Sales Team Manager, you’ll lead from the front – coaching, motivating, and empowering a team of Dealer Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional results and build lasting partnerships with motor dealers nationwide.

Your Role as Dealer Relationship Manager:
Lead & Inspire: Manage, coach, and develop a team of Dealer Relationship Managers to exceed performance targets and KPIs.
Hands-On Support: Be present, proactive, and ready to step in—whether it’s helping close a deal, resolving an issue, or sharing best practices.
Drive Dealer Growth: Support your team in onboarding new dealers and promoting our unique proposition – including access to 50,000+ monthly customers, exclusive lender panels, and industry-leading commission structures.
Champion Excellence: Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Represent Car Finance 247 with professionalism, and a passion for helping dealers succeed.
Strategic Oversight: Monitor team pipelines, performance metrics, and CRM activity to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive results.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Area Sales Managers and other internal stakeholders to align on strategy and deliver a seamless dealer experience.
