As a Customer Onboarding Agent within our Business, you will play a vital role in the car finance process by reaching out to potential customers who have applied for car finance. This is a fast-paced, phone-based role where your ability to follow a proven sales process and deliver great results will be key to your success.
Hours - Part Time ( 16 Hours Contract Remote options available)
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers who have applied for car finance and discussing their application.
- Conducting qualification calls to understand customers’ needs and where they are in their car-buying journey.
- Building rapport with customers and transferring them to experienced Account Managers when appropriate.
- Following a structured sales process and call guide.
- Working towards and achieving set targets and KPIs related to activity, quality, and customer engagement.
- Updating customer records and interactions in our CRM system.
- Ensuring all calls are handled with compliance and professionalism, providing a seamless customer experience.
- Addressing objections and responding to customer needs promptly and effectively.
